Lesson 1 – Momentum

Once in a journey you look back to see all the stuff left behind and the fog that covers it. You look beneath to see what you are carrying with you. You feel that you are moving forward. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow. Sometimes stuck, sometimes agitated enough to move forward. You look forwards to see that the next day approaches fast and with each day, you make adjustments and keep pushing forward.

That’s the way to do it. Keep your momentum. To lose it is to begin anew. 


Making momentum takes a hell of a lot of time. Feel the movement of the ride that you are on. Adjust your weight accordingly and keep anticipating setbacks and always have a small recovery plan in place.
